Odir Antônio Dellagostin holds a
degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Pelotas, Brazil -
UFPel (1989) and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Surrey -
England (1995). He is full professor at UFPel since 1997 and researcher level
1A of CNPq since 2007. He was coordinator of Biotechnology Center of the
Postgraduate Program in Biotechnology a Deputy Dean of Research and Postgraduation
of UFPel (2003-2005). He also was the Director of the Center of Technological
Development (2009-2016)
Odir was coordinator of Biological
Science Committee of FAPERGS, titular member of CTNBIO, Veterinary Advisory
Committee of CNPq. He was coordinator for Biotechnology Area of CAPES
(2014-2018) and coordinated the structuration of SulBiotec network. In 2018 he
was elected effective member of Brazilian Science Academy (ABC). He was more
than 200 scientific articles published that have already more than 5 thousand
citations. Moreover, owns more than 25 patents registered. He is the President
of the State Funding Agency of Rio Grande do Sul (FAPERGS) since 2017, from
October 2020 took over the Presidency the Brazilian National Council of State
Funding Agencies (CONFAP) and he was elected President for the mandate 2021 to
2023.

Márcio de Araújo Pereira is from Ponta Porã/MS. He holds a degree in Business by Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul – UFMS (1999), master degree in Agrobusiness – UFMS/UnB/UFG (2005) and a PhD in a Rural Development – PGDR by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul – UFRGS (2013) with a sandwich period in the University of Wageningen (Nethelands). He is an Associate Professor who served as Deputy Dean of Managening and Planning of the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul – UEMS. President of the State Funding Agency og Mato Grosso do Sul – FUNDECT – since 2017, and president of the Fiscal Board of th National Council for State Funding Agencies – CONFAP (2021-2023) and elected as Deputy-President of the National Council for the mandate from 2023 to 2025.

Jorge Bounassar Filho holds a degree
in Civil Engineering from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University (1975) and a
PhD in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Lisboa (1995).
Currently he is professor in the State University of Londrina and teaches at
undergraduate and graduate levels. He has experience in the Civil Engineering
field with emphasis in Concrete Structures focusing in structural concrete,
experimental analyses, discontinuities, struts, and tie rods. He also has acted
in the ST&I management with a greater participation in the discussions and
formulation of National and State policies.

Odelino Sena holds a degree in Languages
from the Federal University of Amazonas (1977), a master degree in Applied
Linguistics and Language Studies from the Pontifical Catholic University of São
Paulo (1985) and PhD in Applied Linguistics and Language Studies from the
Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. He is Assistant Professor ms-c, 4-de
level of the Federal University of Amazonas. Furthermore, he was the President
of State Funding Agency of Amazonas – FAPEAM – and the National Council for
State Funding Agencies – CONFAP. Moreover, he was the State Secretary of
Science, Technology, and Innovation of Amazonas and the President of the
National Council of State Secretary for ST&I Affairs – CONSECTI. In
addition, he has experience in the education field, focusing in Methods and Techniques
of Teaching acting mainly in the following themes: language teaching, speech
and written production. In the ST&I management field he acted from 2005 to
2014.

Mario Neto Borges holds a degree in
Electrical Engineering from PUC-MG (1978), master degree in Electrical Drives from
UFMG (1985), and PhD in Artificial Intelligence Applied to Education from the
Huddersfield University, UK (1994). He was Assistant Professor by PUC-MG for
ten years where performed several academic and administrative activities. He is
retired as Associated Professor IV of Federal University of São João Del Rey-UFSJ,
where he was admitted in the first place of the public contest to the
Electrical Engineering in 1988. He was the Head of Department, Director of the
Teaching Center (Undergraduate Courses), and Dean from 1998 to 2004 being
responsible for the change of the institution in university in 2002. He was the
President of the State Funding Agency of Minas Gerais – FAPEMIG – from 2009 to
2014 where he also acted as Scientific Director from 2004 to 2008. He was the
Academic Director of ABENGE for two mandates: 2005 to 2007 and 2008 to 2010 and
President of the National Council for State Funding Agencies for two mandates:
2009 to 2013. He was the Coordinator of the International Sector of CONFAP from
2014 to 2016. He was the President of CNPq from October 20th, 2016
to January 15th, 2019. Main areas of activity: Curricula for Engineering Courses, Artificial
Intelligence, and Science, Technology, and Innovation.

Sérgio Gargioni holds a degree in
Mechanical Engineering from UFSC (1971), master degree in Mechanical
Engineering (Thermal Science) from University Illinois, USA (1973) and Executive
MBA from IMD Lausanne/Switzerland (1978). Several other short-duration courses
in Management in Brazil and abroad: FGV, FDC, IBGC, ENA, INSEAD France and IMD
Switzerland, as the main ones. Currently he is a regular PhD student of the
Engineering and Knowledge Management Department.
He is a Professor of the Mechanical
Engineering Department (EMC-UFSC) since 1972. Head of the EMC (2018-2020). While
in EMC, he was Internships Coordinator and Creator and Executive Director of
the Alumni Association. In the University of Brasília (UnB) he was Collaborator
Professor (1975-1986). In the period from 1975 to 2018 (43 years) he worked in
the following executive functions, always in parallel of the teaching activity
in a 20h regime – MEC Brasília: Equipment Manager and Deputy Directo of PREMESU
(1975-1097) and Executive Secretary of Coordinator of Superior Level Staff
Improvement – CAPES (1979-1980); CNPq Brasília: Coordinator do Industrial
Development and Superintendent of Industrial Development and Infrastructure and
Technical Secretary of the Collegiate Bodies (1980-1986); in Florianopolis in
the State Government of Santa Catarina: Deputy Secretary of Technology, Energy,
and Environment (1990-1993) and President of FAPESC (2011-2018); in the FIESC
System he was President of IEL and Superintendent of SESI (1993-2009).
President of CONFAP (2013-2017). Currently he is member of the Board of
Directors of the following entities: CIASC (President), UNIVILLE, and PREVISC,
Board of Trustees (President) and Alternate Member of UFSC University Council.
In addition, he was member of others councils: CCT/Presidency of Republic,

Maria Zaira Turchi
holds a degree in Portuguese and English from the Federal University of Goiás
(UFG) and a PhD in the same fields from the Pontifical Catholic University of the State
of Rio Grande Sul (1999) and participated in the PhD Sandwich Program in the Centre
de Recherches Sur L’Imaginaire at University of Grenoble, France. She is a
faculty member of the Federal University of Goiás and took over the following
position: Coordinator of Graduate Program in Arts and Linguistics; General
Coordinator of Graduate Program/Dean´s Office of Research and Graduate Program/UFG;
Director of Faculty of Arts/UFG; Publisher of Signótica, Journal of Faculty of
Arts. Furthermore, she was Deputy President of National Association of Research
and Graduation Program in Arts and Linguistics – ANPOLL. She was member State
Council of Education of Goiás. She has articles published in specialized
journals in the field of theory and literature critics and author of books,
including Literatura e antropologia do imaginário (2003) by the UnB
Publisher House (Finalist of Jabuti Award/2002 in the categorie Critics) and Leitor
formado, leitor em formação: leitura literária em questão in 2006 (Altamente
Award recommended by the National Foundation of Children and Youth Book -
FNLIJ/Brazilian section of IBBY/ UNESCO). She was President of FAPEG – State
Funding Agency of Goiás and President of CONFAP – National Council for State
Funding Agencies. She was member of the Deliberative Council of CNPq, Consultive
Council of FINEP, and the National Council of Science and Technology – CCT. She
was Director of Research Infrastructure and Formation and Education in Science
of MCTIC. Currently she is Director of Institutional Cooperation of CNPq.

Evaldo Vilela
holds a degree in Agronomy from Federal University of Viçosa – UFV (1971),
master degree in Entomology from University of São Paulo, and PhD in Chemistry
Ecology from University of Southampton, UK. He is a faculty member and
currently Volunteer/Collaborator Professor of UFV. He was Dean of the Federal
University of Viçosa (2000-2004), Head of the Department of Animal Biology,
Director of the Center of Biological Sciences and Health and creator and
Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Entomology and Animal Biology. He
was founding member of the Center of Applied Biotechnology to Agriculture –
BIOAGO, where developed funded research projects, published more than hundred
scientific articles referenced, and developed exchange with international
institutions, as internships in the Universities of Tsukuba, California-Davies
and Nurenberg-Erlangern. He was member of the Trustee Council, Director do
Science, Technology, and Innovation, and also President (2015-2000) of the
State Funding Agency of Minas Gerais, Member of Advisory Committees of CNPq,
CAPES, FAPEMIG and FINEP, he was member of CTNBio, PRONEX Committee, National
Commission of the National Institutes of Science and Technology – INCT;
External Assessment Committee of Embrapa Cernargen. He was Director of UFV
Support Foundation – FUNARBE, President of the Brazilian Society of
Entomological, of the Brazilian Society for Agricultural Defense and
Coordinator of Innovation Technological Project for the Agricultural Defense
(requested by CTAgro/MCT/CNPq). He was Deputy Secretary of Science and
Technology and High Education of the State of Minas Gerais (2007-2014) and
